Searching the Internet for the perfect white button down and I might even try oval sunglasses that aren’t gigantic.

Can you even with how hot Bridgerton is this season?
It’s going to seem so simple that you’re going to It’s going to seem so simple that you’re going to roll your eyes but that’s why most people aren’t losing the weight they want.

You literally tell yourself that you are a healthy person.
Keep telling yourself and dont’ stop.

What happens is that you are essentially hypnotizying yourself into being a healthy person.

Your brain starts to believe it and then your eating and activity automatically become healthy.

You eat better.

You stop negotiating with your daily walk.

I lost over 20 pounds doing this.

Comment the word BEGIN and I’ll send you exactly how to do it too.
I had changed my eating, increased exercise and no I had changed my eating, increased exercise and nothing was happening. I figured I was just stuck now that I was a mom in my 40s.

I was so frustrated.

I was pushing will power so hard.

I refused to give in to the idea that nothing would change.

I started looking around and saw many healthy, vibrant women my age.

Weight fell off.

I lost over 20 pounds as soon as I started doing this.

Once I simply understood that this could happen after every single meal, the sheer awareness of that helped me to prepare for it.

When I felt prepared and knew what I could expect, I made better choices more often.

Then it started to become a habit and I was the person who just made great choices all the time.

If this helped you see a simple way to make better choices and reach your health goals (I lost over 20 pounds),

I was really confused for years after multiple los I was really confused for years after multiple losses in my 40s.

I started to wonder whether it was “responsible” to try again.

I didn’t really talk to anyone about it.

I just sat with it and I started to feel like it was time to try again so I asked my OB team about it and I was so surprised by what they told me.

What if I never said anything?

What if I kept believing I may not be as fertile?

That conversation helped me to rewrite my fertility story-my fertility identity.

I wrote it all down (including the part that no one prepared me for).

Comment the word CHANGE and I’ll send it to you.
