hello! i’m Christina

COACH, WRITER & CREATOR OF AESTHETIC TO ABUNDANT
Austin, Texas.

Welcome! I’m a UCLA graduate who went on to become a Naval Officer driving warships and an Admiral’s personal assistant.

After the my time in the Navy, I was a fortune 500 head hunter, then an acupuncturist, a fashion photographer, an influencer and now I’m a mother to 4.

I’ve reinvented myself more times than I can count and each time, identity shifted first.

I teach women how to step into the identity that creates the life they want.

Here’s what I know: You don’t get the life you want by forcing discipline, motivation, or hustle.

You get it by aligning with the identity of the woman who already lives it first.

That’s what I help women do.

My work today

Most women try to create change at the surface level. They push discipline. They chase strategies.

I go deeper than that. Unique to each person.

That’s where my two core tools come in:

Human Design gives you the blueprint of who you are at source, beneath the programming, people-pleasing and self-doubt.

It shows you how you’re actually designed to make decisions and attract opportunities.

Subconscious Identity Rewiring helps you release the old self-concepts you’ve been unconsciously loyal to and step into the identity of the woman who already has the life you want.

Together, they don’t just change how you think.
They change who you are.

This is why the women I work with stop sabotaging, stop second-guessing and start magnetizing success that feels effortless and inevitable.

a little more…

  1. Once on a Comedy Central gameshow in my 20’s (without consulting me), the host introduced me as, “Meet Christina! To save water in college, she only drank vodka!” I went sheet white in horror. HA!
  2. My Korean Mom always told me that I didn’t have a hot body. I have a cold body. 🙂 I wear slippers and robes all the time to stay cozy.
  3. My happy place is staying in pajamas, drinking coffee, eating a donut and decluttering or decorating my house to the Diana Krall Station.

After I finished breastfeeding our fourth baby, th After I finished breastfeeding our fourth baby, the varicose vein on my thigh was becoming really prominent.

It looked so bad but wasn’t sure if it was just cosmetic thing or something I should get checked out for my health.

I was avoiding it and “waiting until I had time” to deal with it as a mom of 4.

I finally made time and l’m so glad I did.

This was the start of my health journey at 45.

You can have a home cooked meal on the table in a You can have a home cooked meal on the table in a few minutes without even turning on the stove on a Monday.

This makes our weekdays so much less chaotic, and I don’t feel like a scullery maid-I feel like I have a personal chef!

I get to focus my time and energy on connecting with the kids or taking a moment to rest.

Throw these together really quickly this weekend for a smooth week.

The mini meat loafies are a quick snack, packable lunch item or dinner main.

The turkey taco meat is so quick and you can make so many different dishes with it.

PS it’s been a staple food in my health journey.

I like to cook my veggies day-of or have some washed and prepped in containers.

Have you considered a “pattern interrupt” element Have you considered a “pattern interrupt” element to design your space and make it stand out?

A design element that just doesn’t make total sense but adds the zest to the room that just makes it?

But why is it so hard to figure out the exact thing that will make your space special?

You’re an emotional decorator! You’re someone who walks into a room and knows she loves it but can’t explain why.

I’m here to help!

Part II of Translating what we love about this space-Nancy Meyers edition!

This iconic kitchen from It’s Complicated, is so funny because Jane is in the works to finally renovate to get her DREAM KITCHEN and we would all love to have this one as it is right now!

Why?

Notice that there are layers of detail from floor to ceiling and even ceiling!

If you want your home decor to feel cozy, there’s nothing like decorating every surface.

Keep it neutral if too much business overwhelms you.
When I spotted this window shelf in the movie, I thought it would be the perfect way to add some interest to our very boxy dining room-my pattern interrupt.

What do you think?

All the moms at the mommy and me meetup looked so All the moms at the mommy and me meetup looked so amazing. I wondered what their secret was.

When was I going to bounce back like that?

Everyone was being vulnerable so when it was my turn I said, “I still can’t fit into my old jeans.”

One of the moms looked at me and said, “I just bought new jeans.”

I was shocked! She looked amazing!

I thought that if I bought jeans for my current “larger size” as in “not my ideal size,” it would mean I was settling for my current state that I didn’t want.

Then it hit me.

When you see yourself as worthy and do things that make you feel great-like new clothes that fit, your mind does something you’re not even aware of.

when your brain says, “I look cute” then you’re just going to continue to look better on a subconscious level.

Why?

Your self image improves and when it does, you do things in alignment with a good self image like eating better or moving more or learning how to do your hair at its best!

Want to know exactly how I convinced myself that I was a healthy person and lost 25 pounds at 45 years old after 6 pregnancies and 4 kids?
