Happy Memorial Day! Thank you to all who serve, served and love those who do/did. We lost a great veteran this week, my grandfather. I am so proud to be his granddaughter and to have followed in his footsteps.

A few weeks ago, Lalouche put on a fancy event in the Hollywood Hills and I went to snap some images and check it out!

There was gorgeous food, drinks, IVs, Yoga, manicures, and life coaching mini sessions with Jen Kleiner. All of this was set in the most beautiful villa with views of Griffith Observatory and downtown L.A.

Have you been to a wellness event like this? I was so impressed! It was heavenly!

I’m so sorry to hear about your grandfather. These photos truly are gorgeous – I wonder if they have events like this in Denver! 😉

Thank you, Emma! Oh, Colorado!!! Everyone says we would love to live there because a lot of San Diego (where I want to move back to) people say it’s similar in vibes! I’m SURE there is an awesome healing guru network there!!

One day, I decided to stop letting my circumstances determine the outcomes that I wanted.

Here he was mother to four, barely sleeping at night, feeling Uncomfortable in my body and sluggish.

Dare I say it but I felt old too.

Then I just decided that, even though I was in this stage of life, I was still going to achieve my goals and have a body that I wanted.

I changed who I was on the inside.

I started telling myself that I was vibrant and beautiful and full of energy and life.

All the sudden I started to believe it.

I ate healthier automatically.

I lost over 20 pounds.
