Blackfish And An Ellovi Giveaway

August 4, 2014 · In: Uncategorized

untitled-8030052untitled-8030065 untitled-8030060 untitled-8030067 untitled-8030072My friend, Sona came over this week. She brought over some of her homemade gluten free, dairy free, seed bars full of almond butter and coconut oil (crack). Well, Chris took a photo of us together and I’m not going to say which one of us looked like Shamu (me).  So I couldn’t embarrass Shamu and had to embarrass some other people instead.

P.S. The weight count is 15 pounds to go. Yay!

Since clothing is low on my Maslow’s list of womanhood at the moment, I’ve been scouring design blogs, Instagram profiles and Pinterest for all non-clothing desires. Mexican blankets are cool again since the Turkish and Moraccan styles are in as well. Some design sites have curated Mexican blankets for $$$ but you can find some awesome ones like this here. I’m going to use this as a picnic blanket and take way too many photos using this as a backdrop and pretend I only took like 3.

Charlie was watching us take this photo and then I remembered the sombrero we bought him in Cabo a year or so ago. YES.

I’ve been seeing Ellovi all over the web on my favorite blogs and so I’m excited to be a part of a giveaway hosted by Ashley of The Grits Blog.

Brought to you by Ellovi

One day, I decided to stop letting my circumstances determine the outcomes that I wanted.

Here he was mother to four, barely sleeping at night, feeling Uncomfortable in my body and sluggish.

Dare I say it but I felt old too.

Then I just decided that, even though I was in this stage of life, I was still going to achieve my goals and have a body that I wanted.

I changed who I was on the inside.

I started telling myself that I was vibrant and beautiful and full of energy and life.

All the sudden I started to believe it.

I ate healthier automatically.

I lost over 20 pounds.
