It’s not pretending and it’s definitely not instant results.

It’s the moment you stop negotiating with yourself and start making decisions from who you already believe you are.

Saying “I’m a runner” doesn’t magically make you one, but it does change what you choose to do next-
the habits.

That’s how change actually sticks.

it becomes automatic.

It’s literally the laziest way to accomplish any goal

The runner gets great sneakers, signs up for a race, wakes up early to do the work and crosses the finish line.

Follow @christinajwarren for more ways to achieve your goals with the lowest effort.

These were just things I had to go through on the journey.

It’s why I was sad but at the same time understanding that everything always works out.

that’s the person I choose to be-

One time I told my dad I would snip off all the little hangin thready from his brand new shirt and after detailing for an hour, I cut the actual shirt by accident!

One day, I decided to stop letting my circumstances determine the outcomes that I wanted.

Here he was mother to four, barely sleeping at night, feeling Uncomfortable in my body and sluggish.

Dare I say it but I felt old too.

Then I just decided that, even though I was in this stage of life, I was still going to achieve my goals and have a body that I wanted.

I changed who I was on the inside.

I started telling myself that I was vibrant and beautiful and full of energy and life.

All the sudden I started to believe it.

I ate healthier automatically.

I lost over 20 pounds.
