When Chris tells me he loves me, I often respond with, “Yes, but how do I know?” Very annoying. Well, the last time he replied with, “I always give you the good bite when we share food.”
Wow. I am really loved. If I were a pooch, I’d be the one who would hang out in the kitchen. Not the one waiting for any crumb to fall, but waiting for you to slow cook some organic, grass fed, step 5 (basically someone read the cow bedtime stories every night), burgundy, short ribs and share a little with me because I licked your leg very gently and cutely.
How do you SHOW love? I seem to like showing off the amount of love I receive by my thigh size. Love that.
I Instagrammed this morsel I found waiting for me in the kitchen one afternoon. SOMEONE didn’t want to eat the last piece and leave me nothing.
Is he looking at the rest of the pizza thinking which slice should go to me? Hope so!

That’s so sweet! I show people I love them through food too. I guess I get it from my momma :p
Christina Warren says
I totally get it from my momma too! I feel so lucky to have a mom who would spend so much time in the kitchen! She still does and sends me home with food when I visit!

You two are the cutest! I love how he always leaves little things behind for you, it’s so cute and thoughtful. Oh and that pizza looks delish!
Christina Warren says
Thanks, Alisia…yes, the crumbs of love. 😉 I LOVE authentic Italian pizza!!! I’ve only been twice but I’ve eaten loads of it there and always try to find a place near our home. This was incredible in Culver City (where Sony pictures is located).
Alisia says
If I ever make it out that way, I will definitely need your opinion on more fantastic places to visit 🙂

I LOVE making go-to lists for my favorite cities! I did a post for Seattle so I need to do one for LA too!

I think that is so sweet. And that pizza looks delicious.

Thank you! It was sooo devine!

Haha that is definitely love. Yesterday as we shared a side of truffle fries (YUM), I expressed my worry that Tim would get more than me, since he eats faster. So he stopped when the last few were left.
Christina Warren says
Truffle fries are my FAVORITE thing (said that in monster voice). Tim knows what’s good for him! 🙂 Sometimes I totally have to tell Chris: put the utensils down for a bit or you have to get your own plate! 🙂

That might be the sweetest thing I’ve heard yet- what a great man!

Thanks, Rebekah! Our stomachs fell in love with each other. 😉 We’re not the typical Southern California toothpick, air eating athletes! lol

Our lives revolve around food! 🙂 …and love. 🙂

Yuuummmm this all looks so delicious! Especially paired with such sunny weather! 🙂

I would eat outside exclusively if I could! My dream house has an outdoor living room and dining room…plus a pizza oven…and a fireplace…this could go on forever. Basically I’m living outside with an indoor bathroom. 😉

aw that’s so cute! sharing food definitely equals love 🙂
Christina Warren says
Yes, Food=Love! My family has always been that way! Surely we’ll pass it on!
Elisa says
That is too cute, you guys sound like such a lovely couple!
Also, that pizza is literally making me shake it looks so good, because I am currently on a grain-free, dairy-free regiment to try and fix some stuff, and OMG pizza is the only thing that I really, really miss.
Christina Warren says
WOW that is a strict diet! I hope you’re reaping some incredible benefits and relief with the change! I’m doing a GF DF recipe tomorrow…but it does have some grain flour! AH I’m sure you have tapped into the incredible resources for your diet! I’m proud of you for adhering to it!!
