1. We went down to San Diego to finally use our season tickets to the Chargers. The night prior, we met up with Stephanie and Isaac (who introduced us) for dinner at Seersucker. If you’re ever in downtown San Diego (The Gaslamp District), there are tons of restaurants but Seersucker is excellent from decor to delectable bites. It cost around $40 a person and we had EVERYTHING we ever wanted off that menu. Get the squid (trust me), short rib (order 1 per couple) and of course the duck fat fries. The s’mores dessert was explosion worthy! Afterwards, we walked to the Salt Box for some tea and drinks. We had to stop at this hat shop first. 2. Ok, did you check out this artist who made a high-heeled shoe representation for each of his exes? Oh boy…what would your shoe look like?
3. Seeing this girl…my little sister! We are up in Seattle for my dad’s retirement ceremony. We have the same camera (I copied her). 4. My dad had this American flag flown over the Missouri Memorial in Pearl Harbor on my mom’s birthday for her. Here he presents it to her in the ceremony. So sweet. 5. Got a kick out of seeing this sign when we entered the base. Our dad has been a dentist in the Navy for 26 years!!! Here’s Chris and I. We bought that outfit the night prior because the airline lost his suit bag. Nordstrom rack did ok! My mom “made” me wear this fur stole. It makes me feel guilty (I’m not vegan or anything but something about FUR). I’m also wearing there red Elle Tahari coat. We are watching movies by the fire place in our pajamas this weekend with some shopping and eating sprinkled in. Have a wonderful weekend! Stay warm!
