Do you eat the same thing for breakfast every day or do you switch it up often? I go through phases with breakfasts.
Lately I’ve been loving soft boiled eggs. You can play around with the times and try different consistencies. They are great over toast and you can season them with things like Everything But the Bagel from Trader Joes or some lemon pepper (I love SCOTTS) or good ‘ol salt and pepper.
How to:
Boil water
Add eggs
Minutes:
6 White is solid. Yolk is runny
7 Yolk is like jam
10 All cooked through
Remove, put in cold water, peel and enjoy!
These eggs pictured are about 8 minutes!
