Yes, this will make you the most popular person you know and yes, it could make you the fattest person you know. Not my typical type of recipe…but it’s the holidays!! It’s delicious, easy to make and it’s unique! Please only make it for big groups because a small group of people around a platter of this dip isn’t pretty. It’s perfect for sporting events.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle of blue cheese or ranch dressing-I use ranch
- 8 oz. of shredded sharp cheese
Instructions
- Boil the chicken breasts in a large saucepan until cooked through. Drain and shred on a cutting board with two forks. Layer the shredded chicken on the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees while you prepare your sauce.
- In a large saucepan over medium to low heat, combine the cream cheese, dressing and Frank's Hot Sauce. Stir until melted and combined. Pour this over the chicken.
- Bake it uncovered for 20 minutes and then add the shredded cheese. Then cook for another 10 minutes.
Notes
- I like to serve it with tortilla chips (Tostitos Scoops) and lots of celery. You can half the sauce recipe if you like a meatier dip!
