We stumbled upon an actual shop that was full of exactly what I was looking for: ironstone and I had a manifestation meltdown lol

I realize that when it takes me a very long time to decide about a piece then it probably is a no (I’m a Generator).

This gets tricky because maybe it’s one of the things I actually came looking for and I found it.

But maybe I’m not lit up by the shop or I’m not lit up by the price or I’m not lit up by some variation of this item.

Doing things that make you feel alive without feeling guilty about it like taking little baby doll to the Seattle market one day for a special recreation of our dating days and newlywed days in Seattle when we used to live there.

I look forward to taking the whole family there this summer!

When I walked into the salon, there was a loudspea

When I walked into the salon, there was a loudspeaker playing some kind of audio for a male medical procedure that was completely detailed, out of place and unexpected! I couldn’t stop laughing.

then everyone was questioning why I had made an appointment with the specific person I chose. I had read a good review!

Then, when the woman showed up, she even asked me why I had requested her ! I was very curious as to what was going on.

I first saw these Staffordshire Dogs on The Antiqu

I first saw these Staffordshire Dogs on The Antiques Roadshow as a kid — a woman brought them in to be appraised, and I thought they were so cool.

They’ve got that perfect mix of sophistication and whimsy, which is basically my style: a relaxing, neutral palette with little pops of unexpected fun.

It reminds me of my Grandma’s house — she had a colorful pitcher that looked like stacked licorice candies and little horses, birds, and elephants hidden all over. I love finding those quirky little pieces that make a space feel like me.

PS I’ve been reading the Dear Zoo book to Stevie about 10,000 times a day and that’s where this text overlay comes from🥰
