The origins of my practice
My journey in professional consulting began when I was hand-selected by a three-star admiral to serve as a protocol officer. At just 24, I was organizing celebrity dinners for Jessica Biel and Jamie Foxx, meeting with the governor of Hawaii, and managing large scale, high-profile events with precision. This role laid the foundation for the high-level, results-driven work I do today, serving elite clients with even greater depth and expertise.
I’ve lived a life as dynamic as the clients I work with. I’ve lived in multiple countries and built a career spanning diverse, high-stakes roles: serving as a Naval Officer driving warships, being handpicked as an admiral’s personal assistant, running a thriving acupuncture practice and building a successful design influencer business.
Each chapter of my journey has sharpened my ability to adapt, excel, and connect deeply with people, forming the foundation of my unique coaching approach.

How do you work with clients?
We have a 15 minute complimentary discovery call where we discuss your primary challenges.
If we are a great fit, I then send you customized package options and we schedule.
Is there a refund policy?
You are going to get a lot out of these sessions. If at any time you feel that it is not serving you toward your goal and you have been putting forth the work on the action steps we develop, I will refund you the unused sessions.

Can I book a single session?
I am committed to helping you succeed in your goal. It is going to take time to develop and implement your plan. Weekly sessions are going to keep you accountable and on track with progress.
We want results and this is a tested method. Invest in yourself to get what it is you want.
What is included in your packages?
Your first official session call will be about getting to know about you and what goal you want to focus on. We will discuss removing blocks, tools for reframing and action steps.
