Hottest topic in my DMs: how did you lose weight by shifting your subconscious identity?

You’ll always stay loyal to your subconscious identity.
That’s why willpower doesn’t last and identity does.

A few months ago, my identity went from, I am a busy mom who has been pregnant four times in her 40s and I made changes, but the weight wasn’t coming off. Maybe it’s my new hormones or age. Maybe this is just how it is now. Then I went to a new identity and then weight loss just started happening because my behaviors automatically changed to new behaviors with my new identity.

Anyone can do this.
You can do this.

Comment the word IDEA and I’ll send you the crazy Comment the word IDEA and I’ll send you the crazy thing that actually had the biggest impact on my health journey.

My breastfeeding journey came to an end this summer and I started to become more aware of my body as my own again. All of the sudden, I felt really uncomfortable. What had felt great as a nursing mother, now felt-not like me.

I’m 45, have 4 kids and I was wondering if this was what “over the hill,” looked like? Maybe this was the “price” of having children-just be grateful? Could I be one of those unicorn moms who had 6 kids and abs?

I decided I was in the prime of my life and I was going to live in the best body for it. I started doing this thing (I’ll email it to you) and it changed how my body responded to my lifestyle. My body started shedding the extra weight I didn’t need.

My biggest goals were to feel good in jeans and be more excited about what I was going to do, create, decorate, who I was going to connect with today instead of feeling self conscious or wanting to hide.

What ended up happening is that I feel more energetic, motivated, younger and happier plus I went down a jean size or 2.
I felt so stuck and nothing was working. I had st I felt so stuck and nothing was working.

I had started regular exercise.

I ate better.

It felt like the rules changed on my after having 4 kids and in my 40s.

I had a toddler at 45 and it never felt like the right time to start focusing on myself.

Then I did something different.

It made everything from exercise (I just walked) to eating better automatic.

It’s the easiest way and no one talks about it.

I made it easy for anyone to do it too.

This is the whole point…like all you need to go fr This is the whole point…like all you need to go from point A to point B in record time.

It’s not pretending and it’s definitely not instant results.

It’s the moment you stop negotiating with yourself and start making decisions from who you already believe you are.

Saying “I’m a runner” doesn’t magically make you one, but it does change what you choose to do next-
the habits.

That’s how change actually sticks.

it becomes automatic.

It’s literally the laziest way to accomplish any goal

The runner gets great sneakers, signs up for a race, wakes up early to do the work and crosses the finish line.
