🚩Save & Share this Feminine Cycle Synching Schedul 🚩Save & Share this Feminine Cycle Synching Schedule: thriving in your energy through the 🌕

This has been so helpful to me-especially in my 40s.

Our energy shifts, our hormones change… and giving myself permission to embrace the phase has been a game-changer. 💫

Here’s what cycle syncing looks like for me as a creative mom to 4.
It’s not about perfection. It’s about permission.

🌕 The Four Phases:

🩸 Menstrual (Days 1–5)
→ Rest. Reflect. Retreat.
💡 What I do: Ditch the to-do list, cuddle with my kids, simplify meals, journal/podcasts, quiet everything down.

🌱 Follicular (Days 6–13)
→ Fresh energy. Planning. Creativity.
💡 What I do: Try a new recipe, organize a closet, plan/brainstorm work projects, create new art.

🌕 Ovulatory (Days 14–17)
→ Peak connection. Communication. Confidence.
💡 What I do: Connect with people I love, plan family outings, batch errands, date night, be out in the world.

🍂 Luteal (Days 18–28)
→ Deep work. Discernment. Declutter.
💡 What I do: Clean, prep, say no to extras, create cozy spaces, handle details before I dip.

In perimenopause or menopause your body also follows an energetic flow - monthly, seasonally, and emotionally. Trust your internal calendar more than the world’s. ✨

💌 Save this for the week your energy dips so you remember it’s not you. It’s your phase.

Tell me if you do this naturally or if it has helped you thrive ↓

So I was happy in my life and grateful to be a mom So I was happy in my life and grateful to be a mom of 4 (with a double rainbow baby in my 40s)

But I also felt super uncomfortable in my body.

I started feeling ashamed of how I wasn’t able to enjoy vacations because I just felt so sluggish and heavy.

Then I decided I was done with all this.

I changed my mindset and my actual identity.

After 2 weeks of a little discomfort as I adjusted to my new identity and my body caught up, everything got easier every day.

Healthy habits became automatic.

I went for my daily walk without ever having to negotiate with myself.

I feel amazing in my jeans. I have more energy and my daily quality of life is so much better.

Comment the word BEGIN and I’ll send you my exact framework.
I went from forcing will power with nothing workin I went from forcing will power with nothing working to losing over 20 pounds as a 45 year old mom of 4 (youngest is a toddler).

I was still waking most nights with a little one but I needed a change in my health.

I felt not only tired but just so uncomfortable in my body.
I tried “feeling grateful” for what my body had done but I also wanted to feel great in a pair of jeans.

Then I tried something different.

I started imagining how amazing it would feel to be in those great jeans.

I started doing the things a healthy person would do automatically.

It just got easier and more on autopilot every day.
I teach you exactly how to do it.

Comment the word BEGIN and I’ll send it to you.
I wasn’t ever someone who really thought about her I wasn’t ever someone who really thought about her weight until I found myself at 45 after 4 kids and feeling so uncomfortable in my body.

I tried the things that used to work like exercising more or eating better but nothing made a difference and I felt defeated.

I started to wonder if this is just “my genetics” or “what happens to women in their 40s.”

Then I decided to do something differently.

I started telling myself that I was attractive, healthy and vibrant.

What would this healhty and vibrant person do?

Literally, the habits became automatic.

Was it uncomfortable the first 2 weeks? Yes.

But did I lose 5 pounds and get momentum. YES.

It got easier and easier. Now 23 pounds later, I feel amazing and powerful.

I got it all down right when I was in the thick of it.

Comment the word BEGIN and I’ll send it to you.
I wanted to feel better in my body but the thought I wanted to feel better in my body but the thought of lifting weights was so unappealing to me.

Everything I kept seeing was about weight lifting but it didn’t feel right for me at the time.

I changed my eating, increased exercise and nothing was happening.

I figured I was just stuck now that I was a mom in my 40s.
I was so frustrated.

I was pushing will power so hard.

I refused to give in to the idea that nothing would change.

I had to figure it out.

Turns out, I had to outsmart my own bad habits by becoming a healthy person in my mind first.

Maybe you’ve heard of this but I know how to teach you how to do it.

Healthy habits became automatic.

Weight fell off.

I lost over 20 pounds as soon as I started doing this.
Comment the word BEGIN and I’ll send it to you.
