I’m a former Acupuncturist and Naval Officer, turned Blogger, Influencer, mom of 4 and Energy Mastery Expert for high-achieving moms who want to live with more confidence, joy and flow in their work and family life.
I’ve been in the online business space, as a side-gig, for over 12 years. I have learned to build my website, social platforms, photography style, sales strategies, graphic design and personal interior style without the need for full time childcare.
