Do you find yourself saying that your life is too busy to find the man or woman of your dreams? It might be because it is. In physics, the study of how matter and energy interact, there is an explanation for why a busy life can be hindering potential love. Here is supersaturation: a solvent holds more of a material than it can dissolve. If the solvent is too full with material, it cannot take on any more.
Think of your life like a full glass of water (solvent). The elements of your life can be sugar (dissolved material): the hours of work, family obligations and social events for example. Some of these events can help in meeting your soul mate-true. However, if your glass of water is so saturated with sugar (life) then where is the room for all the sugar your new mate will bring?
Consider the sport of dating. Congratulations if you have already made time for this awkward, soul-baring, brave venture. This is a little sprinkle. Once you have chosen a person to spend more time with, you naturally remove other bits of sugar to make room.
Would you consider the idea of creating that room before you even meet that special person? Create an environment for diffusion: matter flows from high concentration to low concentration. If your life has the room, the love will come in.
I did the experiment myself when I was busy building a business. I was so driven by my work and at the same time wanted to find a partner. I cut back a bit on my hours so I could use that time to do things like laundry, errands etc and then have more free time for a person to walk into. IT WORKED!
What other things do you want to make time/room for?
