Thaw the frozen shrimp by placing them in a large bowl of cold water. If you are in a hurry, do this twice in a row after 5 mins of soaking.
Then I warm the tortillas a few minutes on each side in a lightly greased pan (I use butter or coconut oil spray). Then place them in a towel on a plate to stay warm.
Put 1 tbsp of butter in a large pan and cook the 2 cloves of chopped garlic.
Drain the shrimp, pat dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with a little salt. Add them to the pan with the garlic and butter. cook only a couple minutes on each side. Just until pink then flip and cook for a couple minutes.
Mix the Trader Joe's Mango Jicama slaw with the included dressing in a bowl.
Assemble the tacos! Place some of the slaw in each then around 4 shrimps in each.
